With the collaborative project EVELIN aim six Universities from Bavaria in Germany the long term improvement of higher education in the field of software engineering.
This begins with, among others, the creation of subject-specific competence profiles serving the basis for the development of innovative teaching and learning arrangements. This will be tested in different courses and evaluated using qualitative, quantitative and observational instruments.
The acquisition of professional and interdisciplinary competences will be encouraged, as well as the transfer of theory, practice and lifelong learning. In addition, the satisfaction of teachers and learners should be encouraged in the field of software engineering.
